What we offer
OPEN GYM
If you are looking to get into shape or stay in shape, our open gym can help meet your fitness goals. We have everything you need, from free weights, to treadmills, and even a run of turf! BMA has some of the best equipment available to get you where you want to be! Don’t hesitate to stop by and take a look!
WOD(s)
WOD - Work out of the Day. Come in and work out with your friends or a group of new people. Fitness is the goal here This is going to be more focused workouts like private or personal training but in a group! How fun is that? Our trainers are high-caliber and very encouraging and will help push you further than you think!
Jiu-Jitsu
An all around workout and phenomenal marital art for kids and adults. This will be a great workout not only for the body but for the mind also. Jiu Jitsu is a grappling sport, and can also be leveraged and taught as a self defense. Learning a skill while working out is very rewarding! Come in and try a class!
Wrestling
Our goal is to teach children the fundamentals of Collegiate, Freestyle and Greco Roman Wrestling while experiencing the satisfaction of commitment, team support, and personal development. We learn to set goals and provide the framework to accomplish these goals.
KickBoxing
Be ready to sweat! Volume, fun, and did we mention sweat? This will get you in shape and be a lot of fun while doing so. Our kickboxing section has multiple bags and multiple variations. The class is meant to push you as far as you can go to get the best results possible in a shorter amount of time!
Private and Personal TRAINING
Don’t know where to start? Want to get better in a certain area? Try some personal or private training? We offer this in all areas, fitness, Jiu Jitsu, Thai Boxing, etc. This will really help any and all individuals at any point in their journey.
